I've been sending and picking my kids to and from schools for 8 years since 2000. Out of which are 7 years in primary school. This is my 7th year. It's a privilege!
For the years in primary school and among several observations is this. Many SAHMs sort of have "uniforms". Same hairstyles and same types of outfits.
I started with short hair which covered my ears and kept it growing till the length reached my shoulder blades. I changed to short hair (in 2004) which covers my ears and has been up to my ears and down to my neck. With whites sprouting, I've used hair dye - just a subtle deviation from my natural colour.
Bee Peng has always maintained the short hair with ears exposed length. Over the years, there are more white hair with no attempt to cover them. Same type of T-shirts and same length of shorts.
Lina has also maintained short hairstyles and same type of apparels. She colours her hair.
And several other familiar faces.

Tut's 3rd business trip
Tut is away for the third day in Shenzhen; he'll be back tomorrow night! I missed him a big heap on 27/8, ie, the first day he's away. It was my 45th birthday yesterday.
His 1st business trip was in Nov 2000 to Milan which was for a about a week.
Second trip was Oct 21, 2005 to Shenzhen.
His absence gave me a chance to manage the daily running of the household alone. Especially the night challenge in the form of cockroach.

Life is
Life is ......doing what I like without boundary, like.....
Shopping without the need to worry about financial budget.....
Staying in a beach resort without the need to countdown to check-out date.....
Slurping ice-cream, creamy cakes without the need to worry about love handle......
Slurping processed food without the need to worry about the chemicals that is in it.
